About Stephné Kukard
Stephné Kukard joined CKH Group in June 2022 as a senior auditor, bringing a strong foundation in audit and a keen interest in expanding her expertise. Over the past few years, she has gained extensive experience in performing government audit engagements from start to finish, including planning, risk assessments, fieldwork, final completion, and reporting, as well as the preparation of Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports. Additionally, she has developed expertise in financial reporting by assisting delinquent municipalities in updating their accounting records and year-end close adjustments, while also providing valuable support during external audits.
In her current role as Government Audit Manager, Stephné oversees and leads a team of highly qualified auditors and accountants, serving municipalities across Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida.
Through a risk-based audit approach, Stephné Kukard assists government municipalities in maintaining transparency, accountability, and fiscal responsibility.
Stephné Kukard studied at North-West University, where she earned a BCom degree in Economic, Risk, and Investment Management. She later obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Accounting from Milpark Education. After completing three years of articles with a focus on audit, she successfully passed both of SAICA’s board exams and subsequently registered as a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)).
