Complaint Handling Process
1. Acknowledgment:

- Upon receipt of the complaint, the designated contact person will acknowledge the complaint within 5 business days via email or phone.
2. Review and Investigation:

- The complaint will be reviewed and investigated thoroughly. This may involve gathering additional information from the participant and other relevant parties.
3. Resolution:

- CKH Consulting, LLC aims to resolve complaints within 10 business days. If additional time is required, the participant will be informed of the expected timeframe.

- Possible resolutions may include, but are not limited to, providing additional information or clarification, offering a refund if applicable, or making improvements to future webinars based on the feedback received.
